The other day my dentist told me that he had seen an article about Crete’s new natural gas discovery. They have found a resource of approximately 9Trillion Cubic Feet — enough to meet the island’s energy needs for 30 years. They had no known energy resources prior to the discovery.
Further, he said, the government plans to develop the resource. He asked why the United States did not follow that kind of logic.
